Five of alcoholic beverages for those who lose weight

Diet and alcohol - things are seemingly incompatible. Dietitians and nutritionists usually recommend to abstain from the consumption of alcoholic beverages, as they are high in calories and do not contribute to weight loss. Agree, is just silly voluntarily burden ourselves with unnecessary calories.

However, if you still can not deny myself in this little weakness and occasionally enjoy a drink of alcohol, and thus are on a diet, choose alcoholic beverages that are low in calories.

Firstly, it should be remembered that alcohol contains more calories than fat and sweet food, more than fast food. Thus, one gram of alcohol contains an average of seven calories and one gram of protein or carbohydrate contains only four calories. Secondly, mixing the alcohol with the addition of a cocktail of soda and syrup automatically increases the amount of calories. These are the ingredients of cocktails do the most harm to your figure, not alcohol.

So, if you're sitting on a diet, but are compelled by circumstances to drink, choose one of the following alcoholic beverages:

  • Light beer

The main advantages of light beer, in addition to its taste, that one glass of beer will keep less than one hundred calories. This allows you to not deviate too much from the diet. Try to limit yourself to two or three circles - light beer very easy to drink, and it can be quietly drinking a lot.

  • Dark beer

Dark beers more calories than light, so the limit to one cup or bottle.

  • Dietary wine

Dietary wine contains less than one hundred calories. An excellent alternative to the usual wine - "wine pop." In wine, add a little mineral water - it will increase its volume and thus reduce the amount of calories.

  • Rum with diet soda / Diet Coke

Rum combined with diet soda or cola contains less calories than the regular set. Your diet will not suffer if you're limited to two such "cocktails."

  • Vodka Tonic

Vodka, diluted tonic also contains less than a hundred calories, and little impact on your figure.

If you suspect that you will feast in the evening with a drink, lunch is better to eat less and to limit the intake of calories.

If you can not drink alcohol, do not mix it with juice, choose vegetable juice, not fruit, but alcohol is best to dilute mineral water and diet soda to reduce the content of calories.
